Since 2012 Azuri has delivered affordable solar home systems on a commercial basis to customers in 12 countries in sub-Saharan Africa. The company has sold more than 150,000 systems, impacting more than 750,000 lives.
Azuri needed a diagram to be made more digestible and interesting so that it fits alongside their other branded content in presentations and on their website. Plus two printed documents, a redesign of their 'Bright Ideas' newsletter and the interactive shareholders quarterly report.
Process & Development
The diagram came out great and the client responded well to it, below you can see some of the concepts and early developments of the project alongside the original supplied version. The animation shows the nodes fill up like a gauge measuring energy and at max power the information is emitted in rays over the top.
The most interesting parts of the printed newsletter and interactive pdf report was designing the infographics to display the information in the text more clearly. Both of these communications also hit the mark and Azuri were impressed with the documents.
